GeoGovernance in Berlin / Potsdam

The Master of Public Management, a postgraduate mid-career 12 month full-time Master Program, is taught in English language. Launched in April 1999, the MPM Program is accredited by the European Association for Public Administration Accreditation (EAPAA). In the academic year 2011-2012 the MPM Program will continue in a new form – with three specializations streams: MPM Public Management, Global Public Policy (GPP) and GeoGovernance (GG).
The new GeoGovernance stream, starting in 2011, will allow students to focus parts of their studies on managing risks emerging from natural disasters and climate change. This stream of specialization has been developed within the framework of the ”Potsdam Research Cluster for Georisk Analysis, Environmental Change and Sustainability – PROGRESS“, funded by the German Ministry for Education and Research.
